Preparing for a physiotherapy appointment involves selecting comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for unrestricted movement and easy access to the area being treated.

You may be asked to wear a shorts or gown at the clinic if therapist require it to provide a therapeutic interventions.

Yes, our clinic is fully wheelchair accessible, including an accessible toilet facility.

Yes, we provide mobile physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and exercise physiology services for:

  • NDIS participants
  • Home Care Package (HCP) clients
  • Seniors with mobility issues

Yes, we provide care for all age groups, from 12 months to 90+ years.

No, you do not need a referral from your doctor to see our clinicians.

A standard initial allied health assessment session is of 30-40 min duration (Except GP care plan referrals - 20 to 30min session). 

At your first visit you should expect 

  • A thorough assessment and explanation of your problem
  • Clinician's diagnosis of your problem
  • Hands-on treatment of 5-10min duration
  • Advice and info on prevention of complications and speeding up your recovery. 
  • Strategies to prevent any recurrence
  • Home Exercise Program
  • Plan for your next session

Payments & Funding

We are in the process of finalising our pricing. Please contact our reception for the latest fee schedule.

We accept:

  • EFTPOS and credit/debit cards
  • HICAPS for private health insurance claims
  • NDIS plan-managed and self-managed payments
  • WorkCover & TAC claims (with approved claim number and letter of approval)

  • Medicare bulk billing is available for eligible Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans from a GP.
  • A small gap fee may apply – please inquire at reception when booking.

Yes, we accept most private health insurance cards with eligible extras cover. A gap fee may apply, depending on your policy and level of extras cover.

If you do not have NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, or private health coverage, you will be required to pay the full service fee at the time of your appointment.

Yes, but international students and overseas visitors with Overseas Visitor Health Cover (OVHC) or Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) must:

  • Pay the full fee upfront for services.
  • Request an invoice to claim a refund from their health insurer.
  • Provide a GP care plan and referral for eligible services.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for seniors aged 65+ and eligible healthcare card holders.

Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • A minimum of 4 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
  • If cancelled within 4 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • If you do not show up, the full consultation fee will be charged.

  • A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • If cancelled within 12 hours, the full consultation fee applies.
