Our classes are led by qualified professionals and run in small, supportive groups to ensure personalised attention and safe progression.

All classes run as 8-week terms, with one class per week, and include a comprehensive pre-class assessment to tailor the experience to your needs.

Class Details & Fees

All classes run weekly for 8 weeks (one term)
Mandatory individual assessment prior to class start

One time fee: $80
Includes health screening, goal setting, and tailored recommendations

Group class fee: $15 per class
Paid in advance for the full term: $120 total per term
